If you’ve ever had your back “just go,” I know exactly how that feels - because I’ve been there too and it can be really unsettling and frustrating! That’s what inspired me to create Core & Restore: a supportive online class to move better, feel stronger and learn tools to manage flare-ups while preventing future back pain.
Fun, relaxed and energising - this class blends core-strengthening and mobility exercises to keep your spine happy and your body moving well. You’ll work at your own level, with the option to safely push your limits. Perfect for building strength, easing back pain, and moving with confidence.
Each session includes:
A guided warm-up to prepare your body
Targeted strengthening for your core and back
Back-friendly mobility exercises
A restorative cool-down to finish

Cost:
£55/month - includes weekly class plus a 30-minute 1:1 online consultation each month to review progress, set goals, and address any questions or concerns.
