If you’ve ever had your back “just go,” I know exactly how that feels - because I’ve been there too. That’s what inspired me to create Core & Restore: a safe, supportive online class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reduce your risk of future pain.
We focus on evidence-informed exercises that strengthen the core and support the spine, combined with gentle mobility work and proper movement patterns - all from the comfort of your own home.
Each session includes:
A guided warm-up to prepare your body
Targeted strengthening for your core and back
Back-friendly mobility exercises
A restorative cool-down to finish

Cost:
£55/month - includes weekly class plus a 30-minute 1:1 online consultation each month to review progress, set goals, and address any questions or concerns.
