Physiotherapy focuses on diagnosis/assessment, rehabilitation, and exercise programmes designed to restore movement and function after injury, illness, or surgery. It can also incorporate hands-on treatment and manual therapy.
Soft tissue therapy is a hands-on, clinically informed treatment approach aimed at reducing muscular pain, tightness, and stiffness, improving mobility, and supporting recovery. It uses massage therapy and other manual therapy techniques to help with pain, injury, stress relief and general wellbeing.
