OLIVIA DANIELL
FOUNDER - PHYSIOTHERAPIST
I’m Olivia, founder of Bristol Soft Tissue Therapy, established in 2014. As a Soft Tissue Therapist, former competitive gymnast, and professional b-girl, I bring a unique perspective shaped by years of training, performance, and injury recovery.
Having faced many injuries myself and experienced a wide range of treatment approaches, I was inspired to create a more person-centered and holistic style of care. I know firsthand how injury and pain can impact every part of your life, from daily routines to work and sporting ambitions, and the emotional challenges that come with it. This personal journey drives me to help others not only understand their bodies but also build the mindset to move with confidence and resilience, safely pushing their limits.
I remain deeply connected to the hip hop community, teaching, performing, and competing internationally as a professional b-girl. This ongoing involvement keeps me intimately aware of the physical demands of dance and athletic performance, and informs how I support clients, especially those in high-level or creative fields.
My qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Exercise and Sport Science, a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy (formerly Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage), and certification in Kinesiology Taping (Rocktape UK). I’m also a proud member of the Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM).
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients, from dancers and athletes to everyday movers, helping them relieve pain, build strength, and get back to doing what they love.
In 2024, I expanded the business to include physiotherapy as part of our services, ensuring accurate diagnoses and providing comprehensive care all under one roof- from assessment to treatment and recovery. Since then, the team has expanded to include another female physio/massage therapist, and additional services to meet a wider range of client needs, while maintaining personal, professional, and consistent care.
Today, I manage Bristol Soft Tissue Therapy remotely and offer online consultations and support, while my trusted team provides in-person treatments at our Bristol clinic.
What truly sets BSTT apart is how we work; with empathy, attention, and a deeply person-centered, holistic approach. You’re never just another client walking through the door. We take time to understand your full story, your goals, your lifestyle, and the root cause of your issues, so we can tailor care that truly fits your life.
Whether you’re managing chronic pain or injury, preparing for performance, or simply want to move better and feel stronger, you’re in the right place.

FELICITY HAMILTON
Physiotherapist/Massage Therapist
Hi, I’m Fliss — a physiotherapist, massage therapist, and Advanced Clinical Practitioner originally from Cornwall. Growing up by the sea, I spent much of my childhood outdoors, which gave me a deep appreciation for movement, wellbeing, and staying active. Sport has always been a big part of my life, especially tennis, and I was inspired from a young age by my grandmother, who once played at Wimbledon.
I work across both NHS and private healthcare, offering a broad and well-rounded approach to treatment that reflects my clinical experience and person-centred values.
In my NHS role, I work in primary care as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, where I assess and treat adults with a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac, and respiratory presentations. I recently completed my Non-Medical Prescribing qualification, which enables me to prescribe safely and appropriately within my clinical scope. My experience in the NHS gives me valuable insight into the wider healthcare system and helps shape a holistic, collaborative approach to care.
Alongside my NHS work, I practise privately here at BSTT as a physiotherapist and massage therapist. I have a particular interest in treating neck, shoulder, and back pain — including muscular tension, sciatica, and mechanical lower back pain. My approach blends clinical knowledge with a holistic perspective, addressing posture, muscular tightness, and areas of discomfort to help relieve pain and improve movement. I also incorporate gentle lymphatic drainage techniques, which may support immune function, reduce swelling, and enhance circulation. Committed to delivering comprehensive care, I collaborate closely with the BSTT team to ensure you can access any additional or specialised services that might enhance your recovery.
Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, skiing, travelling, and being by the sea whenever I can. I’m committed to ongoing learning and aim to offer thoughtful, person-centred care to everyone I work with.
Services offered : Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Exercise Rehab Advice

Daniel Davis
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
My passion for physiotherapy began during my time as an international athlete, representing both England and Great Britain. The invaluable treatment and advice I received from my physiotherapist while competing not only kept me performing at my best but also inspired me to pursue this career. I saw first-hand how the right care could transform recovery, performance, and overall well-being, and I knew I wanted to do the same for others. Alongside my international athletic career, I studied Psychology (BSc), which gave me a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. This knowledge helps me take a holistic approach to physiotherapy, recognising how mental well-being plays a key role in recovery, movement, and overall health.
In 2014, I studied an MSc in Physiotherapy and have since gained a decade of experience in the NHS and in private settings. Alongside this, I began lecturing in 2019 and became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).I believe that physiotherapy should go beyond just treating the physical symptoms.I believe that today’s approach to recovery and injury prevention needs to be more holistic. I take into account not only your physical health but also your mental well-being, social factors and beliefs that influence your recovery. This way, we can address the root causes of your condition and create a treatment plan that works for you empowering you to move, feel, and live better.
Services offered: Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning, Massage Therapy, Medical Acupuncture, Taping
I have always been fascinated by movement, how the body works and how to push your body to its limits whilst keeping safe and injury free. As a b-girl (breakdancer) and former competitive gymnast, I have had to overcome numerous injuries myself. I have found Soft Tissue Therapy extremely helpful during these times, which in turn, inspired me to become qualified myself and use it to help others.
I have a degree in Exercise and Sport Science (BSc Hons) and then later trained and qualified with a Level 5 (BTEC) Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy (formerly known as Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage). I am also trained in Kinesiolgy Taping (certified by Rocktape UK) and am a Member of the ISRM (Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists).
I specialise in working with athletes, in particular (but not limited to) dancers, acrobats and runners. I work with all levels, from novice, right up to elite level.
I have overcome numerous injuries myself and am therefore able to offer a unique, well informed and tailored approach to treatment. I use my knowledge from my own experience of training to support clients with their rehabilitation and goals.
Having experienced the impact that serious injuries can have on us physically and emotionally first hand, particularly when competing or pursuing a career in sport, I am especially passionate about increasing awareness of the importance of looking after our bodies and injury prevention in the world of competitive dance. This has lead me to provide treatments for dancers at battles and events in the UK, as well as international events including Catch the Flava and Outbreak Europe in Slovakia, where I worked with Project Breakalign.

I have also worked closely with One-Dance UK over the past couple of years to create and host the UK’s first Hip Hop Health Conference “Mind the Gap” held in London. The event involved giving talks about injury prevention specifically for dancers and circus artists, and a talk about women in hip hop, alongside my dance partner Lauren Filer and other dance health professionals. More locally, you may have seen me at sports events including the Simply Health Bristol 10k/Half Marathon, Chilly Duathlon and Bristol Triathlon which many of my clients take part in.
Given that STT is a rapidly developing field of work, I regularly attend CPD courses to ensure that I am up to date with the latest scientific evidence and treatment techniques to give my clients the best possible treatment and advice.
