Physiotherapy

Soft Tissue Therapy (STT) is the assessment, treatment and management of soft tissue injury, pain and dysfunction throughout the body. “Soft tissue” refers to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia in the body – everything except bones and organs!

More than just sports massage, this type of therapy aims to treat all minor and chronic injuries whether as a result of sports training/competition or due to lifestyle factors, such as desk work and jobs involving repetitive movements.

    • Deep Tissue Massage

    • Trigger Point Therapy

    • Soft Tissue Release (STR)

    • Transverse Friction Massage

    • Stretching (MET/PNF)

    • Myofascial Release

    • Rehabilitation Exercises
